The Role
You’ll join the Client Service Team, working closely with advisers and paraplanners to deliver a high-quality, efficient client experience. This is a hands-on role where your experience will be valued, and you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the advice process. Key responsibilities include:
- Producing portfolio reports and pre-meeting documentation
- Reviewing and managing client cash accounts
- Submitting and implementing new business
- Maintaining accurate client records using systems such as Intelliflo and Concert Hub
- Liaising with providers and supporting the end-to-end client journey
- Managing your own workflow and meeting service level expectations
- Working collaboratively with advisers, paraplanners and the wider team
- Escalating issues where needed to ensure smooth delivery
