- Our client is chartered independent wealth planning company based in a High Street location in Aylesbury
- The company is a boutique wealth planning company and you will be working closely with 1 Paraplanner and two Advisers. They are situated in a shared office location with a few other companies, so although small themselves β the atmosphere in the office is social.
- This role is all about Providing exceptional client servicing and administration support through close collaboration with the paraplanner, to Support the two advisers within the business.
- The role will be busy and full of variety, including being the main point of contact for clients via calls and email, processing new business, contacting providers, and diary management
- Any administrator either with experience of suitability letter writing and research would be desirable, as the paraplanner and you will work very closely together, and the administrator can take on some of the simpler paraplanning tasks if desired.
- So itβs a great opportunity for anyone who wants that close collaboration with a paraplanner and the opportunity o gain new technical skills as well.
Other things to note with the role/benefits
- They offer 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and the two weeks off between Christmas and new year
- Hybrid working β 1-2 days in the office per week. Lots of room for flexibility with working and happy to consider both full and part time.
- Hours 9am β 5pm.
- Full study and exam support towards the Diploma is also provided.
