An experienced Senior Paraplanner, Diploma qualified, who enjoys the technical side of financial planning and is interested in moving into a role focused on reviewing and improving the quality of advice delivered across the business. This position is ideal for an experienced Paraplanner with at least five years' experience who is ready to step into a more senior oversight role.
Role Details
- Reviewing suitability reports and technical research produced by the paraplanning team to ensure they meet the firm's quality and regulatory standards.
- Carrying out technical quality assurance checks across pensions, investments and holistic financial planning cases.
- Assessing the suitability of advice recommendations, including complex areas such as pension transfers and higher-risk investments.
- Providing constructive feedback to advisers and paraplanners where improvements or amendments are required.
- Identifying trends in advice quality and helping improve technical standards across the team.
- Working closely with compliance and training teams to support consistent advice quality across the firm.

- £40,000 - £50,000 salary depending on experience.
