Wealth Planning Administrator
Location: North Bristol, Hybrid Working after probation
Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 depending upon experience
The Opportunity
Our client, an established Wealth Planning Practice, is looking to appoint a highly organised and personable Financial Planning Support/PA to join their team.
The Company
The business is boutique yet established with two advisers - one Adviser will be steadily inheriting a client bank from another adviser who is retiring, hence the need for right hand support as their client bank grows. Its an exciting opportunity for someone to join at a crucial time, and who wants to play a key role in supporting the adviser, helping the business grow, and to have opportunities to grow with the business also. Although a small business, the office is situated within a building with multiple businesses, and therefore offers a friendly, sociable working environment in North Bristol.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes the idea of joining a business with expansion plans and playing a key role early on in the growth process- and most importantly, someone who enjoys 1:1 collaboration, and gets genuine satisfaction from keeping a busy professional organised. Success in this role is less about technical financial planning knowledge to start with, and more about being highly organised, proactive, and enjoying a support role. You'll manage diaries, coordinate meetings, oversee follow-up actions, liaise with outsourced administrators and paraplanners, and help ensure a seamless client journey from start to finish. As the firm continues to grow, there could be future progression into handling aspects of the wealth management administration instead of allocation of this, development into paraplanning, advice, or practice management, depending on your career goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Prioritisation skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Someone who enjoys 1:1 support for a busy professional
- Someone with extensive experience of task allocation
- Confident with inbox management
To find out more about the role, please apply. PLEASE NOTE: Wealth Planning administration experience is essential. Please only apply if you have wealth planning experience, as unfortunately I cannot consider you for this role if you do not.
