Info on role:

Our client is a Financial Advisers, who are part of the Quilter network. The company operates a well-established Wealth department and also has a small but successful mortgage department. They now require an experienced administrator to join their existing team due to continued growth. The company is a social and supportive team of 15 in total. This is a full-time role 9:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday. The role will be based in their modern and spacious Horsham offices with free parking. The company is fast-paced due to its volume of success and prides itself on excellent customer service. A role here therefore requires someone who thrives in a busy environment and is confident with client interaction, and building client rapport.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Organising the Advisers diary
  • Managing the Advisers inbox
  • Planning ahead and getting everything ready for their client meetings
  • Working closely with the Advisers to ensure clients are offered exceptional care
  • Contacting existing clients to organize their annual reviews and booking into the Advisers diary
  • Chasing Providers, sending out LOAs, processing new business
