Mortgage Administrator
Horsham
£30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
Full-time, office-based (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm)
- If you have experience in any kind of mortgage administration experience and would love to work within a Mortgage Adviser team, as dedicated support, this could be a great next step.
- This is an opportunity to join a busy, well-established mortgage team where you’ll play a key role in keeping cases moving while building your technical knowledge.

Role Details
- Supporting the mortgage and protection team with end-to-end case management.
- Managing client cases through to completion, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders and providers.
- Handling client queries and ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Assisting with more technical tasks such as research and suitability letter preparation (training provided).
- Working closely with advisers to ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real responsibility and the opportunity to develop your technical skills over time.

- £30,000 – £40,000 salary depending on experience.
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 with service.
