Company/Role Information
- Our client is a chartered independent wealth planning company based in Aylesbury
- They are a boutique set up, and you will be working closely with two Advisers on each client's financial plan – they are looking for someone who loves to be involved in the research side and who can offer their technical expertise
- They are situated in a shared office location with a few other companies, so although small themselves - the atmosphere in the office feels nice and social.
This role would suit someone who enjoys taking full ownership of the support function, as you will be responsible for all adviser support from start to finish. xgikmsk Responsibilities will include:
- Appointment booking/contacting clients/diary management
- Sending out authorities and gathering information
- Research/analysis of that information
- Presentation/ discussion with adviser plan for client
- Paperwork creation
- Suitability Report writing
- Submission for compliance checking
- Liaising with providers to get recommendations in place/transfers etc

- They offer generous annual leave - 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and a further two weeks off between Christmas and new year
- Lots of room for flexibility with Hybrid working. 1-2 days in the office per week maximum required, but the option to go in more if preferred .
