We're working with a boutique, highly established financial planning practice looking to appoint a Junior Paraplanner to work closely alongside the Adviser, attend his meetings, and become a key part of the client journey. The Company

This is a boutique practice with a small, highly experienced team consisting of the Adviser, Practice Manager/Administrator and an existing Report Writer. The Adviser works with around 80 high-net-worth households, where they focus on building long-term relationships and delivering highly personalised, holistic financial planning. The existing administration and report writing functions are well established, meaning you'll have excellent support around you while developing your own paraplanning and client-facing skills.

The Role

You'll work alongside the Adviser, with the opportunity to attend client meetings, get to know and understand their objectives first-hand, and collaborate with the adviser to build their financial plan. Client meetings are a mixture of face-to-face appointments across London and the surrounding counties, Teams meetings and appointments at the firm's modern offices.

What They're Looking For

  • Some experience within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning environment.
  • Junior Paraplanning experience, or IFA Administration experience with exposure to report writing and some paraplanning.
  • Ideally working towards Level 4 Diploma, with exams already completed.
  • Strong interest in developing as a Technical Paraplanner and full encouragement of development into an adviser if desired.
  • Someone personable and confident who would enjoy becoming involved with clients.
  • A genuine desire to learn and work closely with an experienced Adviser.
