This is a varied and rewarding residential position designed for graduates looking to gain comprehensive experience in a high-performing educational environment.
You will:
- Coach & Officiate: Lead sessions and manage teams in at least two core sports (Hockey, Rugby, Football, Cricket, Netball, or Tennis).
- Support Academics: Assist in your degree specialism, with opportunities for team-teaching and classroom support.
- Pastoral Care: Act as a Tutor, deliver PSHE content, and support the vibrant boarding community through weekly evening duties.
- Co-Curricular: Assist with outdoor education, house competitions, and the wider activity programme.
We are looking for proactive team players who act as role models for our pupils.
Essential: Proficiency in two core sports, experience working with young people, and excellent communication skills.
Desirable: A 2:1 degree (or above) in a relevant subject and experience across Prep and Senior age groups.
Mindset: A commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of pupils within a boarding context.
