This is a pivotal leadership role for a visionary coach who can bridge the gap between early water confidence and elite national competition.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Design and implement a seamless long-term athlete development pathway (ages 3–18).
- Elite Performance: Identify and nurture talent, working with Scholars and Strength & Conditioning staff to drive regional and national success.
- Coaching Excellence: Deliver technically focused coaching and mentor assistant coaches to maintain high standards.
- Operational Management: Act as Chief Lifeguard, overseeing pool safety, compliance, and aquatic budgets.
- Recruitment: Collaborate with Admissions and Directors of Sport to attract talented swimmers through masterclasses and outreach.
