Responsibilities
- Implement Cranleigh International’s partnership relations strategy under the guidance of the Operations Director.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with existing international school partners and support the development of new partnerships.
- Coordinate internal teams and international partners to ensure objectives and milestones are met.
- Represent Cranleigh International on joint executive boards and committees, preparing agendas, reports and briefing papers.
- Support new business development through market research, sector analysis and networking.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of partnership visits, events and conferences.
- Provide operational and administrative support, including tracking performance and identifying risks.
- Promote data protection awareness and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
- Attend sector conferences and training to maintain professional expertise.
Qualifications
Essential
- Proven experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement or relationship management.
- Background in education, international education or a comparable professional environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of business development principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally, including weekends.
- Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection responsibilities.
Desirable
- Experience within the independent school sector or an international schools environment.
- Knowledge of international education markets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or partnership management tools.
- Experience supporting commercial partnerships or business development.
About the Team
Work closely with the Cranleigh International Operations Director, the Cranleigh Schools Group Head and various internal and external stakeholders, including international school partners and board members. The role demands strong relationship building skills and an outward‑facing mindset.
