What you will be doing

  • Provide financial and commercial analysis to support Cranleigh International's growth strategy.
  • Develop financial models and business cases for new projects, partnerships and investment opportunities.
  • Manage financial administration, including royalty payments, partner invoicing and cost reimbursements.
  • Support the evaluation, negotiation and implementation of new school projects and partnerships.
  • Prepare financial reports and updates for the CESL Board and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and assist with contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and stakeholders.
  • Represent Cranleigh International at sector events and stay informed about developments in international education.
  • Promote compliance with data protection, safeguarding and organisational policies.

What we are looking for

  • Essential:
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in finance, business or commercial management.
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills.
  • Experience in commercial, financial or business development roles.
  • Knowledge of the international education sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of financial literacy and strategic thinking capability.
  • Desirable:
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA).
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or international partnerships.
  • Familiarity with legal and contractual frameworks for commercial partnerships.
  • Experience supporting organisational growth or new venture development.
