The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 £ per year.
We are looking for a lunchtime supervisor to work 8.75 hours per week, term time, Monday - Friday, within a team to make the lunchtime experience for our children positive, happy and healthy. At Cranford, our focus is upon the whole child. Our committed staffing team works collaboratively with the whole school community to ensure all children achieve well, are happy and make lifelong memories. We are looking to appoint someone who:
- Strives to make the lunchtime experience for our children as positive as possible by building good relationships and responding to playground issues fairly.
- Understands how to tackle challenging behaviour in children with respect and understanding, following the school’s Behaviour Policy.
- Has high expectations of healthy eating and table manners and supports the children to develop good eating habits.
- Builds supportive and respectful relationships with children while maintaining confidentiality and following the school’s Code of Conduct.
- Is prepared to undertake appropriate CPD to develop skills, including First Aid training and annual Safeguarding / Child Protection training.
- Is an energetic individual who smiles often, engages with the children and models our values and ethos at all times.
- Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to safeguarding children’s welfare both at home and in school.
