Responsibilities
- Ensure that all guests are cared for in a professional and welcoming manner and receive an exceptional level of customer service.
- Attend table service as required.
- Prepare all food service stations for service, replenish all condiments and cutlery, and ensure all seating areas are set up to the correct standard.
- Ensure that all food service areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition, including floors, tables and service trolleys.
- Opportunity to gain knowledge and experience working in bar service operations.
- Follow all Food Handling and Hygiene guideline regulations at all times.
- Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a member of the management team.
Working Hours
Working hours are between 06.30 and 23.00, Monday to Sunday. Number of shifts will vary per week. Shifts are available on an as and when required basis as per business needs.
