Casual Night Operations Assistant
We are looking for a genuine person with warmth and enthusiasm, who will bring a positive can‑do attitude to work every day.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all students/guests are cared for in a professional and welcoming manner and receive an exceptional level of customer service
- Attend table service as required
- Prepare all food stations for service, replenish all condiments and cutlery, and ensure all seating areas are set up to the correct standard
- Ensure that all food service areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition, including floors, tables and service trolleys
- Ensure that conference/Banqueting events are set up in accordance with department standards
- Carry out any bar responsibilities
- Follow company’s procedure for cash handling, balancing finances at the end of each shift
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by a member of the management team
Working hours are 23:00 – 07:00. Shifts are available on an as and when required basis as per business needs.
Uniform and in-house training are provided.
