We are looking for friendly people who will bring a positive can-do attitude to work every day.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all students/guests are cared for in a professional and welcoming manner and receive an exceptional level of customer service.
- Attend table service as required.
- Prepare all food service stations for service, replenish all condiments and cutlery, and ensure all seating areas are set up to the correct standard.
- Maintain all food service areas in a clean, tidy, and hygienic condition, including floors, tables, and service trolleys.
- Set up conference/banqueting events according to department standards.
- Carry out bar responsibilities as needed.
- Follow company procedures for cash handling and balance finances at the end of each shift.
- Attend food service briefings to stay informed about allergens and daily menu information.
- Follow all Food Handling and Hygiene regulations at all times.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by management.
