The Client Service Representative serves as one of the primary business contacts for the customer and is responsible for customer satisfaction through effective operations. The Client Service Representative is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent customer needs and goals within the organisation to ensure quality. In addition, the Client Service Representative should build strong relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

As a Client Service Representative, you will act as the key point of contact between our customers, carriers, and internal teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and an excellent customer experience from order placement through to final delivery.

  • Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Process and monitor orders from booking through to delivery
  • Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide real-time shipment updates and proactively manage delays
  • Resolve customer inquiries, claims, and service issues efficiently
  • Ensure accurate data entry in transport and order management systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Collate accurate information for invoicing clients

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service within logistics or a 3PL environment

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office
