Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges. This role provides administration assistance to the assigned department.
Essential Job Functions:
- Managing customer logistical order fulfilment process.
- Creation of internal and external customer pick lists for warehouse.
- Consulting daily with warehouse, management team, supply chain and other departments where necessary.
- Arranging internal and external customers’ shipments with logistics service providers, monitor and manage to ensure internal and external SLA is achieved.
- Management of all vendor related operational invoices.
- Create, process, and lock operational and transport invoices daily, weekly, and monthly as required.
- Responds to general enquiries from management, employees, and clients inside and outside of the company within a set SLA.
- Maintain focus on job relevant KPIs and ensures that they are met consistently.
- Prepares reports and provides record-keeping, using specialized software when necessary.
- Prepares and manages internal and external correspondence.
- Ensure that all delivery paperwork is filed and stored correctly.
- Provide administrative support to all areas within the office.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C and above including English Language and Mathematics.
- 2-3 years experience in providing administrative support.
- Desirable: 1+ years’ experience working in the freight forwarding & logistics industry.
- Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK.
Physical Requirements:
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
