Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges. The warehouse operative processes orders, accepts deliveries, and keeps the warehouse organised, which includes everything from physically moving product around the warehouse space and recording these movements to properly maintaining all shipping and receiving records.

General Duties:

  • Operates a forklift and preferable reach truck licensed.
  • Must meet quality and productivity metrics.
  • Receiving and Put away.
  • Picking and Packing.
  • Loading and Unloading.
  • Complete paperwork thoroughly and promptly.
  • Accurately and courteously load client merchandise.
  • Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the account coordinator to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Manage all task requests and follow up to ensure that client needs are met.
  • Responsible for accurate inventory and locations in warehouse and the WMS system Footprint.
  • Organising Inbound and Outbound freight and staging them in their designated areas.
  • Reports to warehouse team leader or management to alert them of any issues with shipping or receiving.
  • Keeps warehouse area clean and organised.
  • Follow Health and Safety regulations.
