The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth through the acquisition of strategic multinational customers across global markets. Operating within the Commercial Organization, this role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing complex logistics opportunities across air, ocean, and integrated supply chain solutions. The Business Development Manager manages large-scale, multi-region sales opportunities and works collaboratively across regional commercial, product, and operational teams to deliver competitive global solutions. This is a highly commercial, externally focused role dedicated to revenue generation and global account acquisition.

Core Mandate

  • Generate new global business revenue from multinational customers across the Aerospace & Defence sectors

Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills
