About Gigs

At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services - a platform that enables tech companies to seamlessly embed connectivity into their products. Just as Stripe enables businesses to embed a payment button into any product, Gigs enables businesses to add a connect button and issue SIMs with a single click or API call. From fintechs launching mobile services to HRIS platforms offering work phone plans, we automate phone plan provisioning. We're solving complex technical, operational and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly effortless. We've grown to a team of around 90 people across the US and Europe, bringing together an experienced team of early-stage engineers, product builders and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb and Shopify. We know what it takes to solve hard problems. With almost $100MM in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google and Y Combinator, Gigs is one of the fastest growing tech companies. Building on our strong foundation, we’re looking for exceptional candidates who want to do the best work of their lives in a high-paced environment, surrounded by a highly talented, ambitious team. You’ll be joining at an exciting inflection point in our company’s history. At sub-100 people and with a year of hyper-growth ahead of us, opportunity is abundant.

The Role

You’ll be the driving force behind our Fintech vertical, operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and growth teams, turning high-impact initiatives into reality. Acting as a true owner, you’ll shape our strategy, engage directly with multi-billion dollar fintech companies, and make critical decisions across product development, operations, and go-to-market execution. This role requires a rare mix of vision, adaptability, and execution – whether you’re structuring a major deal, refining a press release, or working on a novel problem with the engineering team. You’ll ensure that everything aligns for scale and success, by working directly with customers, Gigs’ founders, business development, product, and other teams. This is a global role, working with customers and teams in the United States, Europe and Latin America.

What you will do

  • Strategic Execution: You will define and refine the product strategy and value proposition for our Fintech vertical, globally. You’ll develop and optimize processes for customer acquisition, onboarding and rollout, go-to-market execution, and customer success.
  • Project Management: You will own a portfolio of critical projects, gathering insights from existing and prospective customers to shape roadmaps, define key milestones, and track progress to ensure successful execution ahead of the deadline.
  • Cross-functional coordination: You will ensure alignment across Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams, driving them toward a shared vision. By setting clear goals and building cross-functional roadmaps, you will keep all stakeholders focused, coordinated, and executing efficiently.
  • Industry and market insights: You will stay ahead of fintech industry trends and evolving customer needs to inform strategic decision-making. You will analyze market dynamics, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to refine our fintech strategy. You will be the voice of our customers and will gather and share insights on best practices and emerging technologies to strengthen our fintech offering and solutions.

What we are looking for

  • You’re a seasoned operator: You have a proven track record in building and scaling innovative products. With a background in product, program, or project management, you excel in B2B operations and have experience driving projects from ideation to launch and scaling – ideally within the fintech space.
  • You balance a technical, product and commercial mindset: You have a strong technical aptitude with the ability to influence product development and optimize enterprise user experiences. At the same time, your business acumen, coupled with a deep understanding of fintech markets or a proven ability to onboard into complex, operationally intensive industries, ensures well-rounded decision-making.
  • You have exceptional project management skills: Juggling multiple high-priority projects is second nature to you, thanks to your outstanding organizational skills and ability to maintain clarity in chaotic situations.
  • You are a master of communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex ideas effectively and engage with diverse stakeholders. You are able to persuade C-level executives at leading tech-enabled businesses.
  • You are proactive, creative, and hands-on: You take the initiative to tackle challenges, bring creativity to your work, and consistently think ahead in a fast-paced environment. You are not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and execute when needed, and you don't take "no" for an answer.

Remote Work at Gigs

At Gigs, we’re remote-friendly, with a strong emphasis on meaningful in-person collaboration. While most of our work is done remotely, we encourage our team to connect regularly in our hubs, whether for focused teamwork, customer meetings, or brainstorming sessions that drive creativity. Gigs Pads: Our hubs in San Francisco, London, and Berlin are vibrant spaces where Gigsters come together to connect, collaborate, and create. Gigs Republic: Twice a year, the entire company gathers for in-depth team bonding, strategic sessions, and shared experiences to reinforce our culture and drive growth. This blend of remote work and in-person collaboration ensures we maintain a dynamic, connected, and innovative team environment.

What We Offer

At Gigs, we believe in rewarding excellence. You’ll receive competitive compensation and stock options to ensure you are truly part of our growth. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include stipends for upgrading your home office or work setup, learning and development budgets to support your career growth and a free phone and international data plan (naturally). If you’re excited about pushing boundaries and helping us shape the future of telecom, we’d love to hear from you.
