What you’ll be doing
As the Global Environmental Health & Safety Manager you will ensure the safety of all employees, customers, and visitors to the manufacturing sites and ensure the company complies with all health, safety, and environmental law.
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs that align with regulatory requirements and CPI’s business objectives.
- Implement statutory health and safety requirements.
- Establish global EHS standards and best practices.
- Identify potential EHS risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Design and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all CPI levels.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure EHS program effectiveness, and present regular reports to senior management.
- Share trends and suggestions with EHS managers, Site Leaders, and VP of Operations to proactively correct and improve EHS CPI performance.
- Lead initiatives to improve EHS performance and sustainability.
- Drive initiatives to reduce environmental impact, such as waste reduction and energy conservation across all sites.

Qualifications and Requirements
- BS degree in environmental science, occupational health, or safety.
- 7 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a global or multi‑site role.
- Fully conversant with the latest HSE legislation, directives, and government regulations.
- Experience in a process manufacturing environment preferred.
