Working within our manufacturing team you will be cladding and framing our buildings to a high standard of quality where you will have the opportunity to improve your woodworking skills to continue your personal development.

Principle Accountability

  • Manufacturing processes to produce garden buildings.
  • Operation, maintenance, and daily checks of various power tools and woodworking machinery.
  • Moving products through the manufacturing process.
  • Checking specifications of product to the drawings.
  • Ensuring quality of product is maintained by quality checking.
  • Working and auditing to Crane Operating Procedures to produce quality workmanship within the allocated estimated times.
  • Identify improvements and report them to the team leader.
  • Report any safety, quality and fault issues.
  • Follow and enter data into the manufacturing platform.
  • Continuously suggest and improve working practices.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Experienced in working within a manufacturing environment and woodworking tools including nail guns.
  • Competent in working with measurements and dimensions with a good eye for detail.
  • Ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately.
  • Physically fit to lift heavy materials.
  • Confident in using tablets and other smart devices.
  • Appetite to learn new skills and processes.
