Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global marketing plans aligned with strategic product roadmaps, ensuring brand consistency across all regions by tailoring messaging to local market needs while maintaining global standards.
- Collaborate with Global Business Line Managers to define positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
- Lead marketing efforts for new product introductions—including launch planning, promotional content, and sales enablement tools.
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across regions to drive awareness and adoption.
- Partner with product teams to translate technical features into compelling customer benefits.
- Plan and execute global trade show participation—including booth design, logistics, lead capture, and post-event analysis.
- Organize customer-facing events, training sessions, and internal sales meetings across key markets.
- Identify relevant exhibitions while contributing to the annual marketing budget and calendar.
- Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and multimedia content to support sales efforts.
- Manage website content updates and optimisation for visibility of ChemPharma products.
- Coordinate email campaigns, social media posts, and digital advertising initiatives across regions.
- Monitor campaign performance to provide insights that improve ROI and engagement.
- Maintain marketing literature inventory, sample kits, and promotional giveaways globally.
- Manage supplier relationships for marketing materials and event logistics.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with industrial products.

- Hands-on experience with email automation, paid media, SEO, and analytics.
