Druck’s Engineering Operations team delivers a broad range of services for the business—from Technical Regulation Standards (TRS) activities and the development/management of digital workflows to process automation, SAP variable configuration design, and the handling of change notes. As part of this team you will have the opportunity to enhance existing processes and develop new solutions that support both current and future business needs across the entire Engineering and Technology function.

You will be responsible, but not limited to:

  • Management and reporting of Engineering data.
  • Front line support activities to Druck users of SAP, including management of Engineering Change Notes.
  • Automating processes involving complex data processing.
  • Creation and management of Ecommerce data.
  • Creating Variable Configurations within SAP.
  • Reducing waste within the Technology dept by delivering solutions resulting in better efficiency and consistency.
  • Finding solutions to utilising SAP with 3rd party tools.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess excellent analytical skills and be able to demonstrate strong Mathematical/Statistical skills.
  • Apply Critical Thinking to complex problems.
  • Have strong Microsoft skills including Power BI, PowerApps, Excel VBA scripting or similar programming experience.
  • Be able to communicate complex topics clearly & concisely.
  • Have a basic understanding of Discrete and Variable Configuration product setups.
  • Use initiative and project manage own workloads suitably based on priorities.
