Position Summary & Objective

The Senior Product Marketing Manager (GRS & ID) leads, executes and tracks the marketing strategy for Government (GRS & ID) products and services.

This role positions the business unit as the partner of choice for offering services and solutions that protect and enhance the online revenue of our corporate customers.

This role leads communication and nurtures relationships of trust with employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Essential Functions Performed by the Position

  • Provides strategic advice related to branding, marketing and communications; build and implement an effective marketing strategy.
  • Executes product marketing initiatives in alignment with corporate strategy and objectives across all GRS & ID products, services and platforms.
  • Develops the product messaging platform, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across key stakeholder groups during the customer journey (from acquisition to advocacy) and incorporating target customer needs.
  • Builds compelling value propositions and tailored storylines for our customers’ jobs to be done, buyer personas and/or strategic industry verticals.
  • Provides matrixed engagement and project leadership with partners in Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Commercial, External Affairs, Executive Leadership, etc, as required, and across other Crane NXT business units.
  • Understands the buyer's journey from awareness to decision-making, and further through customer engagement to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitors, analyzes, and reports emerging trends across the industry and customers’ markets.
  • Creates and manages product-specific Sales Enablement tools and collateral that clearly and effectively illustrate the value proposition behind the products & features, emphasizing the benefits and value.
  • Develops materials for product presentations and develop an effective product training & ongoing support program for Sales, Services, and Ops.
  • Drives initiatives that support sales in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners, while enabling joint go-to-market opportunities.
  • Nurtures a culture of customer focus, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Promotes the Crane NXT values and the Crane Authentication brand in our industry outreach.
