As part of our growth we are looking for a Regional Sales / Account Manager UK - where you will be a key influential member of the global Sales team.

Position Summary & Objective

The Regional Sales Manager meets with clients and potential clients to discuss evolving needs and to assess the quality of company relationship and to enhance current and future sales potential. This role recommends service and product enhancement to improve sales potential and customer satisfaction. This role understands the intellectual property industry and differentiates Crane Authentication services from competitors.

Responsibilities
  • Manages territory planning, building, and maintenance. Provides accurate forecasting.
  • Assesses prospective client needs and creates qualifying opportunities.
  • Leads proposal creation, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure alignment on financial, operational, and legal terms.
  • Develops strategies for growth through new logo attainment via preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and tender responses for prospective clients.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and legal teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Monitors account performance, profitability, and forecast accuracy; reports results to sales leadership.
  • Maintains an effective understanding of the company's products, services, and value propositions, as well as competitor offerings and market trends. Leverages this knowledge to articulate competitive advantages, position solutions effectively, and support selling initiatives.
  • Represents the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Position Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven record of success.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven success in meeting annual targets of $1M+.
  • Excellent communication skills, including with senior executives and C-level decision makers.
  • Ability to convey detailed data accurately and digestibly.
  • Experience in consultative selling and conducting software product demonstrations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual language skills a distinct advantage!
