This role focuses on ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301 ISO 14298 management systems, audit readiness, and cross-site standardization. /p p br /p p strong Responsibilities /strong /p p br /p ul li Supports the deployment of EHSS strategy across a multi-site manufacturing environment /li li Owns and coordinates ISO 14001, ISO 22301 ISO 45001 systems across all locations /li li Leads internal audit programs and coordinate external certification audits /li li Drives standardization of EHSS processes across manufacturing, R D, and office sites /li li Conducts site audits, inspections, and compliance reviews /li li Supports risk management processes covering machinery, process safety, and lab environments /li li Leads/supports incident investigations and corrective action management /li li Builds capability across site teams through coaching and training on ISO and compliance /li /ul p br /p p strong Qualifications /strong /p p br /p ul li NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) /li li IEMA Certified /li li Certified IOSH /li /ul p br /p p strong Experience /strong /p p br /p ul li 5+ years experience in manufacturing EHSS roles /li li Proven track record managing or supporting ISO 14001 ISO 45001 systems /li li Experience working with security protocols in manufacturing and R D environments /li li Multi-site experience (manufacturing+ ideally R D/labs) /li li Internal/Lead Auditor experience highly desirable /li li Strong working knowledge of UK EHSS/international legislation /li li Experience supporting or coordinating business continuity plans and emergency preparedness /li li Experience driving standardisation and governance across diverse operational sites /li li Security business continuity experience /li li Confident influencing site leadership and operational teams /li /ul p br /p p strong Required Skills /strong /p p br /p ul li Strong expertise in ISO 14001,ISO 22301 and ISO 45001management systems, including implementation, maintenance, and audit readiness /li li Proven ability to manage multi-site EHSS frameworks across manufacturing, R D, and office environments /li li Highly competent in internal auditing, compliance assurance, and corrective action management /li li In-depth knowledge of UK EHSS/ international legislation and regulatory compliance requirements /li li Strong risk assessment and hazard identification skills across industrial and laboratory settings /li li Advanced skills in incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologies /li li Understanding of site security principles (physical security, access control, contractor management) /li li Ability to support integrated EHSS security risk assessments /li li Experience in carbon accounting including CDP, Ecovadis scope 1, 2, 3 reporting. /li li Experience working with security protocols management systems in manufacturing and R D environments /li li Ability to collaborate with security teams to ensure aligned risk management and compliance /li li Working knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Crisis Management frameworks /li li Ability to assess operational risks and contribute to resilience and recovery strategies /li /ul p br /p p strong Compensation package /strong /p p br /p ul li Competitive Salary. /li li Annual Bonus scheme. /li li 26 days’ annual leave plus national holidays. /li li Life Insurance. /li li Private Medical Insurance /li li Company Pension Scheme. /li /ul p br /p p strong Equal Opportunity Statement /strong /p p br /p p em We value diversity at our company.
