Role
As part of our growth we are looking for a Controller in Gateshead where you will be a key influential member of the global finance team, providing Financial Control for the Business across our EMEA and potentially APAC regions and, in turn protecting the World’s most valuable brands.
Full time, permanent Competitive Industry package, plus generous Bonus scheme.
Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting responsibilities for the Global Authentication Group.
- Financial reporting responsibilities for all regional entities.
- Support annual audit and lead on the year end audit preparation, planning and delivery of the audit process with the respective audit firms.
- Support local and group tax reporting requirements including Corporate, PAYE and VAT requirements.
- Manage, train and support the EMEA Finance team setting objectives and performing annual appraisals.
- Support Treasury functions through daily banking activities, cash flow forecasts, forex requirements and other ad hoc requirements.
- Support implementation of BI Reporting for EMEA and Global operation Collaboration with US Finance Team.
Required Education and Experience
- Strong accounting background and experience 5-10+ years experience.
