As part of our growth, we are looking for an EA and Office Manager, where you will be part of a global best in class Operations team. This dual-role position combines Executive Assistant (EA) support to senior leadership with Office Management for two sites in Basingstoke. The role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can manage executive priorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President and leadership team
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Organize and manage global virtual meetings
- Oversee daily office operations across two sites
- Manage supplies, vendors, maintenance, and facilities
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting senior executives (VP/EVP/President level)
- Strong background in calendar, travel, and meeting management
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations
