Crane & Plant Engineering is a welding and fabrication company based in Higham, Kent. We're looking for an experienced fabricator to join our workshop.
What you'll be doing
- Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Marking out, cutting and fabricating mild steel and stainless steel components
- Rolling, bending and folding plate/sheet metal to required shapes and tolerances
- MIG and TIG welding to a consistent, high standard
- Checking finished work against drawings and tolerances
- Keeping your work area safe and tidy, following site/workshop H&S procedures
