As a member of our Coverage & Risk Advisory Group, you'll serve as a trusted internal resource for brokers and account management staff, providing knowledgeable and practical guidance on property and casualty coverage matters. You will answer day-to-day coverage questions and conduct in-depth coverage reviews, helping ensure insurance programs align with client risk profiles and supporting strong, technically sound client solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of commercial lines insurance experience with a deep understanding of property and casualty principles.
- Demonstrated experience providing integrated, multi-line insurance solutions for clients.
- Valid resident Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or equivalent designation preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with agency management systems; Applied Epic experience is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to day-to-day coverage questions from brokers and account management staff.
- Conduct in-depth coverage reviews of insurance programs and prepare and present findings to brokers and account teams.
- Evaluate client risk profiles, including operational risks and contractual and statutory insurance requirements, to assess alignment with current or proposed insurance programs.
- Analyze policy details, including declarations, insuring agreements, terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions, to assess alignment with client needs and identify coverage gaps.
- Perform comparative analyses of insurance programs, policy forms, and endorsement options to identify key similarities and differences.
- Support the development and delivery of technical resources and training (e.g., briefings, guides, newsletters, FAQs) to enhance coverage knowledge across the agency.
- Support the development and refinement of tools and resources (e.g., checklists, worksheets, templates) to improve consistency, efficiency, and quality of team outputs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting in support of departmental metrics and operational tracking.
