We are seeking an organised Administrative Assistant to provide support for our Alternative Provision pathways and Student Transport Services across Cranbury College. In this role, you will work across our College Road and Great Holland Primary School sites, supporting AP administration, student enrolment and induction, and coordinating the Student Transport Service. You will liaise with drivers, parents, and stakeholders to plan and communicate routes effectively. Experience in data management, reporting and general administrative duties is essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail focused, and confident working in a fast paced environment where strong communication and organisational skills are key.

Cranbury College is an Alternative Education provider for young people ranging from 5‑16 years old. We support learners who have been permanently excluded from mainstream settings and provide preventative support to those who risk permanent exclusion. We also support those that unintentionally exclude themselves from education and children who cannot access school for medical reasons. We are a multi‑site organisation that includes our Primary provision at College Road and Secondary provision at Cranbury Road. We have outreach teams that provide specialist support within schools and a Hospital Teaching Service based at Royal Berkshire Hospital, which provides education to children on short‑ and long‑term stays. Cranbury College is a fast‑paced, energetic setting where we pride ourselves on a strong team ethic and work together to create a nurturing and supportive setting for students’ alternative pathways to success.
