Role Description

This is a full-time Solicitor role based in central London, offered on a hybrid basis with a mix of office and remote working. The Solicitor will manage a caseload of immigration and related matters, including advising clients, preparing applications, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research. Day-to-day duties include meeting clients, taking detailed instructions, assessing legal options, and providing clear, pragmatic advice. The role involves liaising with authorities, preparing for and attending hearings where required, and maintaining accurate case management records. The Solicitor will also contribute to business development activities, support colleagues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law, (LLB Hons) with the ability to apply legal principles to complex immigration and related matters.
  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, with a current practising certificate and good standing with the SRA, NQ or 1 Year PQE
  • Demonstrated experience in UK immigration law, specifically in Innovator Founder Visa, Global Talent Visa and Appeals to the First Tier Tribunal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
  • High level of professional integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to client service and confidentiality.

What We Offer

  • Salary between £38,000 - £41,000 per year depending on experience
  • Annual Leave of 28 days plus National/Bank Holidays
  • Probationary Period: 6 Months
