You are likely to come from major ecommerce marketplace businesses and will have experience leading marketplace growth, seller ecosystems, platform scalability, and cross-functional product organisations at significant scale. We are working with a high-growth international ecommerce business seeking a senior product leader to own and scale its marketplace platform. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced marketplace product executive to shape strategy, lead execution, and drive commercial performance across a complex, multi-market ecommerce ecosystem. The successful candidate will bring deep experience from a large-scale ecommerce marketplace, with a track record of building products that create value for both sellers and customers.

The Role

As Director of Product, you will define and execute the marketplace product strategy, leading the development of core capabilities across seller onboarding, catalogue management, pricing, promotions, fulfilment, and platform operations. Working closely with commercial, technology, operations, and regional leadership teams, you will identify growth opportunities, prioritise investment, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ecommerce marketplace.
  • Drive growth across seller acquisition, product selection, pricing competitiveness, conversion, and fulfilment performance.
  • Build and scale marketplace capabilities including seller onboarding, catalogue integrations, pricing tools, promotions infrastructure, and logistics solutions.
