An exciting opportunity to join a scaling Retention Marketing Agency in London! They are a high growth agency that works with an exciting portfolio of eCommerce brands across the UK & US markets, specialising in retention/email marketing strategies. They have a small but growing team and are now hiring for a brand new role, a Strategic Account Manager, to lead and manage their high‑tier clients. This role will suit experienced Account Managers/CRM Managers who have worked with scaling eCommerce brands and there is high‑growth potential in the role!

About the Role:

  • Strategic lead for 4-5 key accounts within the agency.
  • Build strong relationships and be your clients' key POC, ensuring exceptional service and performance.
  • Project manage and delegate to a small creative & implementation team.
  • Report back to your clients on person and strategy and lead the communication.
  • Work closely with third‑party software to analyse and report on performance (Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Google Analytics).
  • Attend and host workshops to upskill CRM Managers, Heads of CRM etc.

About You:

  • Experienced Account Manager or CRM Manager.
  • eCommerce experience is essential.
  • Agency experience is preferred but also open to client side.
  • +2 years experience working with Klaviyo or other ESPs.
  • Strong relationship building skills/client management experience.
  • Worked with medium‑large clients, turning over £10‑£100m.

Commission scheme based on client retention. Apple Mac Laptop. Career progression opportunities. Flexible working environment - 1-2 days in office.
