We are representing a dynamic multi-brand group in the health and beauty sector, looking for a Paid Social Manager to enhance their social media presence. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. You will develop full-funnel strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention, while ensuring campaigns meet key performance targets such as return on ad spend and cost per acquisition.

Collaborating closely with creative and brand teams, you will craft compelling ad concepts and implement data-driven optimisations based on detailed performance analysis. Leading A/B tests and staying current with platform updates and emerging trends will be essential to maximise campaign effectiveness and unlock new growth opportunities.

You should have at least three years of experience in performance media buying on social channels within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer sectors. A deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution modelling, and experience managing substantial advertising budgets across multiple markets is essential.
