We’re working with an award-winning digital agency with a growing client base across lifestyle, wellness, and tech sectors, blending data-driven paid media with creative strategy to deliver results.

They’re looking for a Senior Paid Social Executive who’s ready to take the next step in their performance marketing career. Someone analytical and confident in running paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and managing paid social campaigns from end to end
• Building reports and dashboards that bring clarity to performance data
• Supporting with campaign analysis and audience insights
• Monitoring trends, testing, and optimising live campaigns
• Contributing to creative discussions, from content direction to ad copy feedback

You will:

• Have at least one year of hands-on experience running Meta and TikTok ads professionally
• Combine creative instincts with a methodical, detail-oriented mindset
• Be someone who digs beneath the surface to fully understand challenges and solutions
• Thrive in a collaborative, remote-first environment with high levels of autonomy
