This premium brand in the health space is growing fast and needs a hungry, experienced Senior National Account Manager to manage their 2 largest grocery accounts, and build relationships with new grocery accounts. Please note that this role requires you in office Monday-Friday, so you need to be someone who thrives in this working environment.

The Role
Quite simply – you are going to manage and develop their strategic account partners, including:
- Developing strong relationships with key accounts.
- Strategic Planning – creating plans that will drive sales.
- Sales Execution – negotiating plans, pricing, promotions etc that will drive sales.
- Market Analysis.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting.
You
This role needs an experienced SNAM who is super driven and ambitious to help grow this business and disrupt the industry. You’ll need:
- A proven track record in developing, maintaining and growing key accounts for an FMCG/health or similar business.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- It’s imperative that you have experience in a start up challenger brand (better still if you started in a big corp FMCG first).
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Relevant contacts would be a bonus (Tesco, ASDA).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – both internally and externally.
