This luxury DTC fashion brand known for its cult following and bold, creative collections is looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Trading Manager to lead trading, conversion and site performance during a crucial growth phase.
Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital, this role will take full ownership of ecommerce trading and deliver commercial results across multiple Shopify stores. You will:
- Drive day-to-day DTC trading – identifying opportunities, pulling levers and reacting fast to trends
- Manage forecasting, stock levels and sell-through goals, working closely with Merch and Production
- Lead CRO initiatives to optimise conversion and customer experience
- Use data and insights to experiment, test and refine product and trading strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, launches and trading calendars
- Act as a digital brand guardian, ensuring the online experience reflects the brand's premium positioning
Qualifications
- You're analytical, commercial and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You know what levers to pull to move the numbers.
- Strong ecommerce trading background within fashion or luxury
- Deep DTC experience – ideally with Shopify, Nosto, Klaviyo and GA4
- Highly numerate and data driven – comfortable with forecasting, CRO and trading KPIs
- Confident using insight to drive change and maximise revenue
- Hands-on and proactive – you roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Ambitious and self-starting, with a sharp eye for detail and performance
4-month FTC (with potential to extend). Start ASAP. No direct reports, but full autonomy and ownership.
