You'll lead a small team across Ecommerce, CRM and Performance Marketing, working closely together to drive commercial performance. They're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the detail – analysing performance, improving conversion, testing new ideas and making commercial decisions that help grow the business.

- Take ownership of a significant P&L and the wider DTC ecommerce channel
- Lead a small team across Ecommerce, CRM and Performance Marketing
- Own trading, merchandising, reporting, onsite performance and the customer journey
- Join a collaborative business where people are trusted to take ownership
- A great opportunity for someone ready to step into their first Head of eCommerce role (this is not a role for a seasoned Head of unfortunately – you wouldn't have enough growth potential)

- Drive weekly trading across merchandising, offers, launches and onsite optimisation
- Analyse trading performance and identify opportunities for improvement

- Experience owning commercial performance and a track record of delivering growth
- Deep knowledge on Shopify is non-negotiable
- Experience managing trading, merchandising, landing pages and conversion optimisation
- Commercial, analytical and comfortable working with data
- Someone who enjoys being hands-on and involved in the day-to-day running of an ecommerce business
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team
