Cranberry Panda is looking for a
Client Growth Manager to build and grow communities across the consumer industry.
This isn't a marketing role. It's a commercial role focused on building relationships with senior leaders and turning those relationships into new business opportunities.
You'll create and manage communities across Technology, Data & AI, Digital, e Commerce, Marketing, Commercial, Creative and Operations, bringing together leaders from some of Europe's most exciting consumer brands and technology businesses.
- What you'll be doing
- Build and grow senior communities across the UK & Europe
- Create engagement through Whats App groups, events, webinars and roundtables
- Develop relationships with senior decision-makers
- Generate new client opportunities and win new vacancies
- Own key client relationships from initial conversation through to delivery
- Work closely with our recruitment team to help clients build outstanding teams
We're looking for someone with experience in
- Business Development or Partnerships
- Recruitment, Executive Search or Talent Solutions
- Community-led growth
- B2B sales or account management
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders
You'll be commercially driven, confident networking with senior leaders and motivated by building long-term relationships that create value for both clients and the wider community.
