We are supporting a high-performing consultancy in the direct-to-consumer space as they look to hire an experienced Senior Account Manager. They partner with some of the fastest-scaling D2C brands, helping them drive profitable, sustainable growth through data-led strategy and cross-functional execution. The Role
You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of D2C clients, overseeing their growth across revenue, margin, and scale. Working with a cross-functional pod (media, CRO, CRM, analytics), you’ll set direction, prioritise clearly, and ensure every function delivers. This is a role for someone who loves solving complex growth challenges, leading clients with confidence, and orchestrating high-performance delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end growth delivery: audit, roadmap, execution, scale
- Manage and motivate a cross-functional pod, ensuring KPI alignment
- Use data to set priorities across budgets, conversion levers, CRM strategy, and margin insights
- Provide strategic leadership to clients and maintain strong, trusted relationships
- Improve processes, playbooks, and operational systems
- Contribute to innovation around AI, automation, and efficiency
Ideal Experience
- 5 years in an account management role for an agency or consultancy
- Expertise in digital growth with revenue & margin responsibility
- Proven ability to reallocate budgets, reset KPIs, and drive contribution margin
- Strong analytical capability beyond media-level metrics
- Experience leading or collaborating across media, CRO, CRM, and analytics
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and fast-moving
- Excellent communicator with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
- A natural mentor with a strong ownership mindset
