We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital business that’s transforming how customers purchase and manage essential home services through technology-led experiences. Following continued growth, they’re looking for a Product Designer to join a collaborative product and engineering team focused on improving customer journeys across web and mobile platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded UX/Product Designer who enjoys balancing hands-on design delivery with research, experimentation, and product thinking in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in shaping customer experiences across digital products, working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centred solutions. This role would suit someone who thrives in agile environments and enjoys owning problems from discovery through to delivery and iteration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and improving customer journeys across web and mobile experiences
  • Conducting user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • Using data and insights to inform design decisions
  • Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and low-fi concepts
  • Collaborating closely with engineers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Supporting experimentation and continuous optimisation initiatives
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discovery sessions
  • Contributing to and evolving design systems and best practices
  • Working within a build-test-learn product environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience designing digital products within product-led or agile environments
  • Strong UX capability with a user-first mindset
  • Experience running qualitative and quantitative research
  • Ability to translate business and customer needs into practical design solutions
  • Comfortable working across the full product development lifecycle
  • Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
  • Understanding of design systems and scalable UX patterns
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness and a data-informed approach to design
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams
