Performance Creative Lead – DTC Ecommerce

London – Hybrid

We are representing a leading brand in the dtc subscription space; they are looking for a Performance Creative Lead to own the end-to-end creative engine powering paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and emerging performance channels. You’ll lead and mentor a cross‑functional creative team, build the systems that scale output, and ensure they consistently create best‑in‑class performance ads. This is a high‑impact role in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and grow the performance creative team
  • Set creative quality standards and implement efficient workflows
  • Own creative strategy for paid channels
  • Analyse performance data to identify winning concepts
  • Oversee ideation and production from concept to delivery
  • Guide scriptwriting and concept development
  • Lead briefing for internal teams and external creators

Requirements:

  • Experience leading performance creative for paid social
  • Strong track record of building and scaling testing roadmaps
  • Ability to balance creative craft with performance analytics
