With a broad product range, strong loyal customers and underused digital potential, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact across Amazon, D2C and emerging platforms.

The Role

Reporting directly to the founder, you’ll be the single owner of all B2C ecommerce performance, auditing what’s in place, identifying quick wins, and building a strategic roadmap for profitable growth. You’ll:

  • Drive performance across Amazon, D2C, and new marketplaces
  • Audit and manage external agencies (Amazon PPC, Google/Bing Ads, email etc.)
  • Take charge of Amazon listings, ads, optimisation and growth strategy
  • Improve CRO, SEO, user journeys and overall site performance
  • Launch and scale new channels (e.g., TikTok Shop, Temu)
  • Build dashboards and report on KPIs (traffic, ROAS, AOV, CPA etc.)
  • Develop promotional plans and email marketing activity
  • Spot opportunities for new product ideas, markets and brand extensions
  • Implement quick wins and longer-term growth projects

  • 3-6 years in ecommerce or digital marketing
  • Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and performance optimisation
  • Confident with PPC, analytics, CRO and channel reporting
  • Able to manage agencies and hold them accountable
  • Comfortable working independently in a small, flexible team
  • Proactive, organised and confident making decisions
  • Experience in health/wellness or FMCG helpful but not essential
  • Suits someone stepping into manager level or looking for broader ownership
