- Collaborate with a team of professionals who are passionate about e-commerce and excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead weekly consultations with Amazon sellers, providing strategic advice, project direction, and performance reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex issues relating to catalogue integrity, listing compliance, and suppressed or incorrect content.
- Review and refine advertising strategies across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, helping clients scale while preserving profitability.
- Coach clients on product launch approaches, organic ranking improvements, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and feedback via digital channels to ensure accountability and momentum.
- Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies and client resources to ensure best-in-class delivery.
- Attend virtual team meetings and learning sessions to stay sharp and continuously evolve your skill set.

- Proven success supporting brands with £8M+ in annual turnover on Amazon.
- Hands-on experience managing advertising budgets of £40,000+ per month, with strong ROI outcomes.
- Excellent working knowledge of Amazon’s back end: logistics, fulfilment costs, profitability, and inventory strategies.
- Ability to identify catalogue errors and resolve technical listing or compliance issues efficiently.
- Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Comfortable leading client relationships with a proactive and professional approach.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and energised by autonomy and results.
