We're partnering with a fast-growing UK consumer brand to recruit a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on execution, optimisation, analytics, and channel performance. This is not a brand marketing or strategy role. The growth strategy, commercial objectives, and channel priorities are already defined. Instead, you'll take ownership of performance marketing execution, measurement, reporting, and optimisation across multiple acquisition channels.
Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing brands within the health and wellness space, operating at the intersection of nutrition, functional health, and direct-to-consumer ecommerce. This is an entrepreneurial and fast-moving brand; you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a high-growth environment. You'll effectively own performance marketing, working closely with ecommerce and marketing leadership to maximise channel efficiency and customer acquisition performance.
Responsibilities:- Managing paid media budgets across multiple channels
- Performance reporting, analytics, and attribution
- Agency management and accountability
- Channel optimisation and testing
- Scaling customer acquisition activity
- Monitoring campaign and creative performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve ROAS
- Testing and evaluating emerging acquisition channels
- Strong hands-on Google Ads expertise (essential)
- Experience across Meta Ads
- Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of attribution and measurement
- Understanding of Shopify and ecommerce analytics
- Confidence managing agency relationships
Experience within DTC consumer brands, supplements, health & wellness, nutrition, subscriptions, or other customer acquisition-led ecommerce environments would be highly advantageous. The role is remote-first, with approximately one day per week in the office, particularly during onboarding and collaboration periods.
