A global, fast-paced eCommerce organisation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and teams within a dynamic London-based environment. This role offers broad exposure across HR partnering, employee experience, and people operations, working closely with leadership to drive engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Develop a deep understanding of the business area and identify opportunities to improve structure, capability, and ways of working.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on engagement, culture, performance, and retention topics.
- Provide end-to-end employee lifecycle support, including onboarding, background screening, and employee relations matters.
- Use people data and insights to highlight trends and support informed decision-making.
- Support delivery of people programmes such as performance reviews, reward cycles, and recognition initiatives.
- Advise on HR policies and ensure consistent and fair application of people processes.
- Contribute to wider HR planning and organisational initiatives.
- Design and support engagement initiatives, including those involving extended or non-traditional workforces.
- Oversee operational HR activities including reporting, HR systems data, and payroll coordination.
