We’re partnering with a globally recognised, culture-led consumer brand to find an experienced Senior Digital Designer to join its growing Creative Team.
\n
\n
This is much more than a traditional design role. You’ll operate as the day-to-day creative lead for the design team, sitting between the Creative Director and wider designers to turn ambitious creative concepts into exceptional, commercially effective work.
\n
\n
You’ll remain hands-on with design while also mentoring designers, raising creative standards and improving how work moves from brief through to final sign-off.

The role:

- Lead and elevate design output across digital & print
- Translate the Creative Director’s vision into clear briefs
- Create high-level design work
- Mentor and develop junior and midweight designers
- Provide clear, constructive creative direction
- Improve creative workflows, reviews and sign-off processes
- Help evolve brand guidelines and visual systems

Requirements:

- 5+ years’ graphic design experience
- Management / mentoring experience
- Strong eye for typography, layout and visual storytelling
- Experience within a fast-paced consumer brand
